Works very well. The people who say it doesn't work often don't press it long enough to turn it on. Several operating modes. You can use it intermittently, which helps conserve the perfume bottle. Very good product. 100/100 Satisfied.

What's in the Discovery Pack?

How much is shipping?
€4.99 for an order under €29. It is free with purchases of €29 or more: on all packs, and on refill orders of 3 flavors or more.
How to buy fragrance oils without a diffuser?
Get the essences alone, without a diffuser: up to 24 bottles per scent, even several of the same. 1 fragrance for €12.90, 2 for €22.90, 3 for €34.90, then €8 per additional bottle (4 fragrances: €42.90, 5: €50.90, 10: €90.90…). Delivery (€4.99) is the same for 1 or 2 bottles, and it is free from 3 fragrances.
How does the diffuser work?
Remove the stopper from your bottle, insert the wick, place the bottle in the diffuser and press the button. It automatically releases a scented mist at regular intervals, and you can adjust the intensity to suit your preferences.
What is its range?
It takes approximately 2 hours to charge and provides up to 60 days of use, depending on the selected setting. The charging cable is included.

It is designed for rooms from 5 to 80 m²: bathroom, bedroom, living room, entrance hall or office.
How to install it?
Simply place it on a piece of furniture, or attach it to the wall using the adhesive provided. At 6 × 17 cm, it is very discreet.

What are the delivery times?

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Let us know by email, then return the product to the address we provide: return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will refund you upon receipt of the package or your proof of postage, within 14 days at most.
For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded. A diffuser used for more than a simple trial will be subject to a deduction depending on its condition. Product arrived damaged or defective? Write to us: it will be replaced or refunded, at no cost to you.
Are there any precautions for use?
Keep the diffuser and bottles out of reach of children and pets. Do not swallow the liquid and avoid contact with eyes and skin. Ventilate the room regularly. If pregnant, breastfeeding, asthmatic, or in case of any doubt, seek advice from a healthcare professional.
