User manual
1. Charge the diffuser using the provided cable (approximately 2 hours).
2. Remove the stopper from your bottle, insert the wick, and place the bottle in the diffuser.
3. Press the button to start automatic diffusion, then set the intensity to your liking.

Shipping & returns
Delivery: 4,99€ for an order under 29€, free from 29€ of purchase (and therefore on all packs). [Delivery time to be completed].
Returns: 14 days after receipt to change your mind, return shipping costs at your expense. Refund upon receipt of the package or proof of shipment. Opened bottles cannot be returned (hygiene); a diffuser used beyond a simple trial is subject to a deduction depending on its condition. Damaged or defective product: replaced or refunded free of charge. Details in our return policy.

Keep the diffuser and bottles out of reach of children and pets. Do not swallow the liquid and avoid contact with the eyes and skin. Ventilate the room regularly and avoid continuous diffusion. Do not immerse the device in water or place it near a heat source.

What's in the Discovery Pack?
The Nymavela diffuser and 1 50 ml fragrance of your choice from our 4 scents: White Flowers, Peach & Jasmine, Pear & Vanilla or Lavender & Eucalyptus. Delivery is free. Want more scents? The Duo, Trio and Complete packs contain 2, 3 or all 4 fragrances.
How much is shipping?
€4.99 for an order under €29. It is free with purchases of €29 or more: on all packs, and on refill orders of 3 flavors or more.
How to buy fragrances without a diffuser?
Get the essences alone, without a diffuser: up to 24 bottles per scent, even several of the same. 1 fragrance for €12.90, 2 for €22.90, 3 for €34.90, then €8 per additional bottle (4 fragrances: €42.90, 5: €50.90, 10: €90.90…). Delivery (€4.99) is the same for 1 or 2 bottles, and it is free from 3 fragrances.
What is its range?
It takes approximately 2 hours to charge and provides up to 60 days of use, depending on the selected setting. The charging cable is included.
What are the delivery times?

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Let us know by email, then return the product to the address we provide: return shipping costs are at your expense. We will refund you upon receipt of the package or your proof of shipping, within 14 days at the latest.
For hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned or refunded. A diffuser used beyond a simple trial will be subject to a deduction depending on its condition. Product arrived damaged or defective? Write to us: it will be replaced or refunded, at no cost to you.
